All our items are made-to-order, especially personalised or hand-painted products. Please check all spelling, details, and options carefully before confirming your order.

All prices shown on our website are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or accept liability for delays beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact.musemurals@gmail.com so we can investigate.

We’ll deliver your order as quickly as possible, but timing may vary especially for custom pieces.

Order Cancellations
 

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt unless it contains a personalised or custom-made product.

Because all Muse Murals jackets and art pieces are hand-painted to your specification, cancellations or changes cannot be made once production has started.

To cancel or amend an eligible order, email contact.musemurals@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Basically:
Personalised orders can’t be cancelled once painting begins — please double-check before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or hand-painted items unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To report a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns for:
(a) Custom or personalised artwork
(b) Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
(c) Wrong sizes or spelling errors entered by the customer
(d) Items returned without prior agreement

If you return an eligible item, you are responsible for postage costs unless it was sent in error or is faulty.

No returns for custom items unless faulty. Contact us promptly if there’s an issue.

Discounts & Promotions
 

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before completing your order. Only one discount can be used per transaction.

Promotions may run for a limited time and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Use your discount code before checkout  once an order is confirmed, codes can’t be added.
