Each item we create is hand-painted and custom-made, designed especially for you. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders, as every piece is made specifically to your chosen design, size, and personalisation preferences.

2. Order Accuracy

Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
We are not responsible for errors in size, colour, or design details provided by the customer. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Artwork Variations

Each Muse Murals piece is hand-painted, meaning slight variations in colour, texture, and brushwork are part of its unique charm. These natural differences are not considered defects and are what make every item one of a kind.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters the production process and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
